Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

All orders are shipped within the United States only using USPS Ground Advantage.

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once the order has been fulfilled.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Mirrored Image is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Mirrored Image is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather disruptions, or delivery issues once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
